Retired Hong Kong policeman caught filming up women's skirts
Hong Kong - A retired Hong Kong police constable was ordered Wednesday to carry out community service after being caught filming up women's skirts in the street.
Mansell Wu was collared by passersby after a woman spotted him using a video camera to film up her skirt in May, Hong Kong's Kwun Tong Court was told.
When police arrested him, they found similar footage taken up the skirts of six other women on his video camera, according to government-run radio station RTHK.
Wu admitted a charge of disorderly conduct and was sentenced to 80 hours of community service by a magistrate who told him his behaviour was "repulsive and disrespectful to women," RTHK reported. (dpa)
