Reports of the two suspected patients of H1N1 flu were negative
Reports of the two suspected patients of H1N1 flu, who arrived in Pune from Spain and US, were negative. Both the patients were kept under observation.
Dean of Sassoon hospital Dr Arun Jamkar said: "Two men, aged 37 and 22, were referred to Sassoon hospital by a private nursing home here where they had gone for treatment complaining of sore throat yesterday."
Jamkar said that the patients were moved on Monday to isolation ward of Municipal Naidu Hospital and their blood samples sent to the city based National Institute of Virology.
The doctors said that the suspected cases would be discharged soon following improvement in their condition.
