Boob jobs boost 9 in 10 women’s sense of well being

Melbourne, Feb 28: More than 90 per cent of women who have boob jobs feel better about themselves, a new Aussie study has revealed.

According The Daily Telegraph, tests on 120 women before and after cosmetic surgery found that 8 per cent had body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), a rate four times higher than in the general population.

"They think they are ugly when they are not," News. com. au quoted clinical psychologist Julie Malone, who conducted the research, as saying.

People with BDD who had cosmetic surgery felt no better about themselves, or in some cases worse.

Oz authorities shortlist top 50 candidates for ''best job in the world''

Melbourne, Feb 27  The competition for landing what has been touted as the "best job in the world" has narrowed further, as bosses at Tourism Australia have shortlisted the top 50 candidates for the sought after position.

Almost 35,000 video applications were considered for the 150,000 dollars, six-month stint as the Hamilton Island caretaker on the Great Barrier Reef.

The identity of the 50 short-listed candidates will be revealed on March 3.

The job was a Tourism Australia campaign to boost the floundering tourist market, and it attracted applications from more than 200 countries.

‘Adults Only’ sex party sees nudists flocking to Mossman

Melbourne, Feb 27: A sex-party organised as a promotion at a nudist resort in Mossman, north of Cairns, has seen about 250 nudists heading to it.

The Adults Only promotion will be taking place at the White Cockatoo, which is fully booked next month, when the "almost anything goes" event takes place.

"We've effectively sold out," News. com. au quoted resort owner Tony Fox, who revealed guests were from interstate or overseas, as saying.

"It''s a totally clothing optional, adults only month with almost no rules applicable. Provided it doesn''t constitute a breach of the Australian law, they (guests) are welcome to do anything," he said.
