Melbourne, Mar 7 : Aussie pop star Kylie Minogue has put the creativity of Indian chefs to test.

The 40-year-old singer, who's in India to shoot for Bollywood film Blue, demands a special dish whenever hungry, rather than going by the menu.

She apparently went straight to meet head chef Jose M. Ruiz of the Renaissance Hotel on arriving in India.

"They don''t order room service at all. Every time they want to eat anything they call the head chef," The Herald Sun quoted a production source as saying.

Melbourne, Mar 7 : Australia has ruled out hosting the 2011 world cup, which is due to be held in the sub continent, except in dire circumstances.

Cricket Australia CEO James Sutherland believes that the subcontinent will still hold the 2011 world cup despite this week's terrorist attack on Sri Lankan team in Lahore.

Joint 2015 hosts Australia and New Zealand are reserve nations for 2011, but Sutherland said Australia did not want the event and had not been approached to hold it.

Melbourne, Mar 7 : Austrian incest fiend Josef Fritzl, who locked his daughter in a cellar for 24 years and fathered seven children with her, expects to spend the rest of his life behind bars, his lawyer has revealed.

Fritzl, who is due to go on trial on 16 March, faces up to life imprisonment if convicted on charges of murder, rape, incest, false imprisonment and enslavement.

"He is 73 years old. The (length of) the sentence is of no importance to him," The Daily Telegraph quoted Fritzl''s lawyer Rudolf Mayer, as telling Austrian state news agency APA.

The `High School Musical' actor revealed that his mother decided to give him that gift after spotting him with lover Vanessa Hudgens in what appeared to be a sex shop.

However, Efron revealed that it was not actually a sex shop and his mother mistook it for one.

Melbourne, Mar 6: Security has been beefed up around the Australian cricket team ahead of the second Test after the attack by terrorists on the Sri Lankan team in Pakistan, South Africa has deployed National Intervention Unit guards armed with machine guns.

NIU guards, who watched the players as they trained, replaced the normal police. The unit participates in intelligence-driven operations, according to a Government website.

Melbourne, Mar 6 : Prime Minister Kevin Rudd wants answers from Pakistan after claims surfaced that Pakistani security forces abandoned travelling Sri Lankan cricketers and Australians umpires during a terrorist attack in Lahore on Tuesday.

Australian officials claimed they were abandoned in their van for some eight minutes in the middle of a gunfight, as security forces transported the Sri Lankan players to safety.
