Proposed Executive Branch Rule regarding Ammunition by BATFE could affect Election Cycle of 2016

According to reports, a proposed executive branch rule regarding ammunition by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (BATFE) will turn the 2016 election cycle back towards the same driving force that had affected several blue states in the 2014. That time, several blue states had turned red.

As per the reports, the proposed action by BATFE will have little technical impact on the protection for police officers of the country and threatens to strengthen the gun lobby in the upcoming election cycle.

The federal law enforcement organization within the United States Department of Justice threatened to raise the hunger of the gun lobby to fight harder for its political values. In last few years, people of the country have been living without knowing that there's been an explosion in the market for the AR-15 rifle. The rifle is a semi-automatic civilian version of the military M-16 series weapons system.

If someone wants to use the gun, then the person needs ammunition. In the country’s marketplace, it means lots of ammunition. For an AR-15 rifle, ammunition in the US comes in three principal forms. Small game hunters usually use lightweight bullet ammunition. These are the people who hunt for sport. On the other hand, medium weight bullet ammunition has been used by shooters of short-range competitions. Heavy bullet ammunition used by traditional target shooters.

The BATFE has proposed regulation to ban M855 ammunition or SS109 ammunition. The ammunition has bullets that can weigh 62 grains falling into the medium weight projectile range in 5.56x45mm. According to the reports, the ban by BATFE will affect the sporting use of the AR-15 rifle and its owners. The ban raises question that an inconvenience like this could be politicized worthwhile?
