Presence of a younger and caring wife can lead to longer lifeA recent study revealed that having a younger wife and regular sex can lead to a longer life and better health.

Germany's Max Plank Institute researchers studied the number of deaths in Denmark between 1990 and 2005.

Data analysis revealed that men whose wives were 15 to 17 years younger to them had 20% reduced risk of premature death.

The average life expectancy of a man is 77 years. However, the last seven years of a man's life are mostly shadowed by various chronic lifestyle diseases, like diabetes and hypertension along with depression.

The researchers found that presence of a young and caring wife at home decreases the tension.

It was found that wives who stay at home were more capable of managing family and social affairs, which keep men stress-free, and result in longer life.

Even regular sex is a way to keep stress at bay. Even other factors, like reducing painkiller intake and eating five apples, daily can lead to longer life.

The recent study examined the age gap between partners and the link to longer life.
