Los Angeles, April 25 : Hollywood actor Shia LaBeouf is said to be in talks to star alongside Brad Pitt in director David Ayer's "Fury".

The "Transformers" actor is negotiating with Sony Pictures to star in the military action thriller, reports femalefirst. co. uk.

The film centres on a Sherman tank commander and his crew who find themselves behind enemy lines in Nazi Germany in April 1945 just as the war is coming to an end.

Los Angeles, March 28 : Shia Labeouf put his differences with his former theatre co-star Alec Baldwin behind him by attending the first preview performance of the play they were due to appear in together.

"The Transformers" actor dropped out of Broadway play "Orphans" in February this year and he subsequently went public with e-mail correspondence between Baldwin, director Daniel Sullivan and playwright Lyle Kessler in a bid to explain his sudden decision to leave the production, reports contactmusic. com.

New York, Mar 7 : Shia LaBeouf took to Twitter to hit back at Alec Baldwin, after he suggested that his former ‘Orphans’ co-star was not made for Broadway.

LaBeouf tweeted an e-mail from director Dan Sullivan that implied Baldwin had not rehearsed for the play, the New York Post reported.

In the e-mail, Sullivan wrote that LaBeouf should not be too surprised if Baldwin doesn’t look up from his script much for the first few days.

Sullivan said that he suspected that Baldwin is not nearly as prepared as LaBeouf is, which is not at all unusual when actors have a good long rehearsal time like they have.
