In the poll conducted by MSN Movies, the 22-year-old actress landed the top spot for her role as car-obsessed beauty Mikaela Banes in 2007 hit movie Transformers, reports Contactmusic.

The second place went to Halle Berry as mutant weather-controller Storm in the X-Men franchise, while actress/model Milla Jovovich was voted in third by sci-fi fans for her role in The Fifth Element.

Star Wars star Natalie Portman and Sigourney Weaver''s iconic alien-fighter Ellen Ripley wrapped up the top five.

New York. Jan 31 : Hollywood actress Megan Fox has denied reports suggesting that she will replace Angelina Jolie to play Lara croft in next Tomb Raider franchise.

According to Hollywood Reporter, Fox's rep has dismissed her involvement in the film.

"Megan is not involved in this movie," New York Daily News quoted her rep as saying.

Insiders were tipping Fox as a "strong candidate" for the role of the sexy gun-slinging heroine.
