Los Angeles, May 9 : American rapper Lil Wayne hopes to find a cure for his seizures, which happen without any warning.

"I go to sleep and wake up in the hospital. I don't feel anything. There's no warning, no nothing. I don't feel sick. I just hope it stops happening," femalefirst. co. uk quoted 30-year-old artist as saying.

He previously talked about his condition in March after spending six days in an intensive care unit.

"I'm prone to seizures. This isn't my first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh seizure. I've had a bunch of seizures, ya'll just never hear about them," he said.

Does the new track by rapper Lil Wayne titled 6'7" remind us of his earlier hit and one of his best numbers `A Milli'? If reports circulating in the media surrounding his new track are to be believed, then it does. According to music critics in the US and several followers on the social networking site Twitter, all who have listened to the new track 6'7" are bound to compare it with Lil Wayne's A Milli. Washington, November 19 : Rapper Lil Wayne has welcomed two children this year, according to reports.

The Grammy-award winning star was said to have recently welcomed a son with R&B singer Nivea just two months after actress Lauren London gave birth to little Lennox Samuel Ari in September this year.

According to Allhiphop. com, the 27-year-old, born as Dwayne Carter, Jr, reportedly was not present at the time of the birth of his fourth child due to prior engagement, reports Contactmusic.

Lil Wayne has a daughter, Reginae, with ex-wife Antonia Carter. His second child, Dwayne III, was born to an unidentified woman last year. (ANI)

New York, October 29 : Lil Wayne was spotted partying hard before his due jail term for possession of an illegal gun.

The Grammy Award-winning rapper pleaded guilty to possessing a .40-caliber semi-automatic on his tour bus outside the Beacon Theatre.

The 27-year-old was seen enjoying himself alongside rapper Nelly at a Miami hot spot.

"They were with a big group of women and stayed until 4 a. m," the New York Post quoted a source as saying.

The star will be sentenced in February when he is expected to be handed a year in prison. (ANI)

Washington, Oct 23 : Rapper Lil Wayne may face one-year jail term after he pleaded guilty to attempted weapon possession.

The Grammy winner did not speak as he left the courthouse with members of his entourage, who piled into four SUVs.

Police had said a gun was found in his tour bus in Manhattan in 2007.

The 27 year old singer real name Dwayne Carter’s trial had been due to start Jan. 20.

The judge had been holding a hearing on a debated DNA profiling technique used to tie the rapper to the gun.

Washington, Oct 19 : The four mothers of singer Lil Wayne''s children are on good terms, the mum of his oldest child has revealed.

The hip-hop star had confirmed earlier this month he is set to become a dad for the fourth time after conceiving his third son with RnB singer Nivea.

Washington, Mar 5 : American rapper Lil Wayne has revealed that he takes good care of his diamond teeth by brushing them every morning, noon and night.

Wayne, 26, who has an estimated 150,000 dollars worth of gems fixed to his teeth permanently, cannot remove them.

He has to be careful with what he eats, and cleans them after every meal.

"I brush them after dinner, after lunch - with Colgate," Contactmusic quoted him as saying.

Washington, January 31: Rap superstar Lil Wayne has reached an out-of-court settlement with a record company over the use of a Rolling Stones sample in a song on his latest album.

He was sued by the record company Abkco, which claimed that the rapper had used Play With Fire on his track Playing With Fire from his disc Tha Carter III.

The firm is said to be the owner of the rights to the Stones track, which appeared in the 1965 album Out of Our Heads.

London, Dec 4 : Lil Wayne has won eight Grammy awards nominations, including album of the year for ‘Tha Carter III’.

Following close behind with seven nominations was British rock band Coldplay, while rappers Kanye West and Jay-Z, and R&B singer Ne-Yo each received six, reports BBC.

San Francisco  - Rapper Lil Wayne topped the Grammy nominations late Wednesday with eight nominations, placing him above Coldplay which garnered seven, and Jay-Z, Ne-Yo and Kanye West who each earned six nods.

Alison Krauss, John Mayer, Robert Plant, Radiohead and Jazmine Sullivan received five nominations each, and Adele, Danger Mouse, Eagles, Lupe Fiasco, George Strait, and T. I. each have four nominations.
