Bollywood actress ‘Kangana Ranaut’ celebrated her 22nd birthday on Friday.

From being the alcoholic bar dancer in ‘Gangster’, the Himachali lass has come a long way.

After ‘Gangster’, Kangana become the hottest and most talked about actress in the tinsel town, and lots of offers knocked her doors.

She then followed it up with back-to-back hits like ‘Woh Lamhe’, ‘Life In A…Metro’, ‘Fashion’ and the recent one being ‘Raaz - The Mystery Continues’.

After Heroes which was released in October last year, director Samir Karnik’s is working on Roshan with Bobby Deol-Kangana Ranuat. The film is about the emotional drama of a doctor and his girlfriend.

We spoke to Samir Karnik about the film.

Kangana Ranaut: Kangana was born in the Hindi speaking Ranaut family. Her mother Asha is a school teacher and father Amardeep, a businessman. She has an elder sister, Rangoli and a younger brother Akshit. Her family was initially in Shimla and then moved to Chandigarh where she did her schooling from DAV model school Sector 15 before moving to Shimla. She completed her high schooling in Shimla. She then moved to Delhi to become a model and theatre actor.

Shekhar Suman’s son Adhyayan Suman, who has just made entry into the Hindi film industry (Bollywood), is in love with spicy girl Kangana Ranaut, the co-star of his second film ‘Raaz 2’.

While shooting for ‘Raaz-The Mystery Continues’, both of them have developed strong feelings for one another.

Apart from being hooked to his career avidly, Adhyayan is mad about his ladylove.

He is smitten by Kangana so much, so that he has vowed never to look deeply into the eyes of another female co-star while shooting a romantic scene.

Adhyayan Suman has great expectations from his re-launch vehicle, Raaz The Mystery Continues (Raaz 2). RTMC is story of a successful model, Nandita (played by Kangana Ranaut), who is in love with the creative director of a television program, Yash (Adhyayan Suman).

Nandita's life takes a dramatic turn when she meets an artist, Prithvi (Emraan Hashmi).

Adhyayan says: “Yes. Even the titles say ‘Introducing Adhyayan’. I’ve forgotten that I did a film called Haal-e-Dil. It was no more than an internship for me.”
