London, September 2: A mystery Wikipedia user had overhauled the entry for Sarah Palin hours before John McCain made the surprising announcement of her selection as Republican vice-presidential nominee.

The user who made about 30 edits to the biographical article on the website worked under the name Young Trigg.

New York, Sept. 2 : Presumptive Republican presidential nominee John McCain’s decision to pick a woman – Alaska Governor Sarah Palin – as his running mate for the November 4 presidential poll, suggests that he still needs to take important lessons on gender politics, an article appearing in Fox News, has opined.

According to the article, the view going around that Palin’s selection was based on the premise that she could be an effective counter to New York Senator Hillary Clinton couldn’t be farter from the truth.

Wasilla (Alaska), Sep. 1 : The mother-in-law of Sarah Palin, the running mate of Republican presidential nominee, John McCain, has said that she is not sure which way she will vote in the November 4 presidential polls.

The New York Daily News quoted Faye Palin as saying that she enjoyed hearing Barack Obama speak, and still hasn''t decided which way she''ll vote.

"We don''t agree on everything. But I respect her passion. Being pro-life is who Sarah is," she said.
