London, Mar 3 : Cancer-stricken Jade Goody's husband Jack Tweed attacked a taxi driver at 50mph after losing his temper over the fare, a court has heard.

Magistrates in Epping were told that 21-year-old Tweed, of Buckhurst Hill, Essex, grabbed the driver round the neck and threatened to stab him after refusing to pay the 50 pound cab fare upfront, reports the Daily Star.

Stephen Wilkins, the taxi driver, told magistrates that Tweed, another man and two women had piled into the back of his cab after leaving a club in Epping.

London, March 3 : Jade Goody underwent emergency surgery as her terminal cancer spread to her brain, it has emerged.

The 27-year-old, who has been given just few weeks to live by doctors after being diagnosed with cervical cancer, has been battling the disease which previously reached her liver, groin and bowel.

The mum of two, who has been eagerly looking forward to her sons Christening next week, was said to have faced an hour-long surgery to mend a blockage and control her excruciating pain.

London, Mar 2 : David Beckham and his wife Victoria have sent a message of sympathy to cancer-stricken Jade Goody.

The letter offers condolences to the former Big Brother star, reports the Sun.

The couple also sent Goody two replica shirts from England soccer ace David''s current club AC Milan, for her two sons, Bobby, five and Freddie, four.

The letter reads, "Both David and I are genuinely moved by your fight against this cruel illness.

London, Mar 1 : Cancer-stricken Jade Goody's five-year-old son seems to have realized what his mother is going through.

The former Big Brother star's bridesmaid and best friend Jennifer Smith has confirmed that Goody's sons Bobby and his four-year-old brother Freddie know that something is terribly wrong.

Bobby has in fact started sleeping in his mother's empty bed.

"Bobby's been sleeping in Jade's bed. He gets up in the middle of the night and goes into her room, even if she's not there but in her hospital bed in the lounge. He senses something," News of the World quoted Jennifer, as saying.

London, Mar 1 : Cancer-stricken Jade Goody is desperately trying to bring forward the Christening of her two sons because she fears she won't live long enough to see the planned ceremony next Saturday.

The former Big Brother star wanted her boys - Bobby, five, and four-year-old Freddie - christened in a local church before throwing a giant kids' party.

However, she is now keen to rush it forward and would settle for the ceremony to be held at her bedside as early as possible.

"The courage Jade is showing really beggars belief," the Mirror quoted a friend, as saying.
