Clint Eastwood loves his ''dysfunctional family''

New Delhi, December 6 : Clint Eastwood dotes on his ‘dysfunctional family’ despite becoming the father of his seventh child at the age of 66.

The actor-director, whose career has spanned more than 50 years in the movie industry, has been married twice and has seven children with four different women.

The Oscar-winner, who tied the knot with journalist Dina Ruiz in 1996, however, revealed that he had grown accustomed to his atypical love life, reports China Daily.

He said: "I love my dysfunctional family. Dina fell pregnant on our honeymoon. After a few weeks, she said she felt a little nausea.

The 78-year-old, whose iconic roles include Dirty Harry, the cop with .44 Magnum revolver, the most powerful handgun in the world, has said that he has no plans to appear in films again after starring in Gran Torino, a drama about a racist veteran of the Korean War.

“That will probably do it for me as far as acting is concerned,” the Daily Express quoted him, as saying.

“You always want to quit while you are ahead. You don’t want to be like a fighter who stays too long in the ring until you’re not performing at your best,” he added.
