Barack Obama Washington, Dec 20 : Before taking over the White House officially, US President-elect Barack Obama has returned to his home state of Hawaii to spend his last family vacation.

Obama along with wife Michelle and young daughters, Malia and Sasha will be enjoying their vacations with close friends at the cluster of privately-owned beachfront mansions on Oahu, the island where the president-elect was born and raised by his grandparents, reports Politico. com

He will also be joined by his senior adviser Valerie Jarrett among the handful of friends on the trip.
