Aamir Khan has expressed “deep condolences” over the sudden death of H. Sridhar, a four-time national award-winning sound engineer of the Indian film industry.

Sridhar died of a cardiac arrest on November 30. Khan flew all the way to Chennai to attend the funeral of Sridhar.

Veteran writer Shakuntala Devi has created a sensation by saying that the movie ‘Taare Zameen Par’ is a scene-by-scene copy of his novel ‘In the Wonderland Of Numbers’.

The 69 year writer claims that her book talks about a nine year old girl suffering from dyslexia much like the character of Ishaan Awasthi played by Darsheel Safary.

According to Shakuntala, some of the sequences in the movie have been copied chapter by chapter from her book.

No matter how much the filmmaker and the cast of 'Ghajini" claim that the Hindi film is not an exact 'remake' of a South film by the same name - which, in turn, is the remake of Christopher Nolan's 'Memento' - the stark similarity between Aamir Khan and Guy Pearce's look is hard to miss! In fact, it a little tough to buy the "not being similar" story!

Aamir Khan, a perfectionist to the core, is as critical of his own work as he is of those around him. After Shah Rukh worked for the six pack abs for his block buster ‘Om Shanti Om’, it is now Aamir who has developed eight pack abs for the new role he is playing in ‘Ghajini’.
