People are thinking to report the neighbors breaching the usage of hosepipe ban. As per the United Utilities they were not anticipating so many issues with the customers not staying with the agreements made on the hosepipe ban which was made in effect from 6am today.  

However the water group has thought and decided that its customers should report the issue of hosepipe if they found anyone breaching the decision taken mutually and using their hosepipe to water their patch or wash their car.

According to the United Utilities spokesman they really find this as efficiently being self law enforcement.

He further added that they also expect that the huge majority of their customers should understand the significance of the hosepipe ban and to preserve water at a time when there were many of their customers who have seen the worse time for themselves on to how less the pools are becoming.  

Moving ahead with the comment he said he wish to encourage people, if they find a neighbor using a hosepipe, to prompt them of the ban. Legally they shall be able to fine the customers up to £1,000 and shall patiently display the ban; however they are expecting that they might not move to such extreme ends.
