Pakistan Board clears Yusuf and Razzaq

Pakistan Board clears Yusuf and RazzaqPakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has lifted ban on Mohammad Yusuf and Abdul Razaq after they have ended their contract from Indian Cricket League (ICL). They both have presented NOC to PCB from ICL.

PCB has not imposed any cooling period or fine on Yusuf and Razaq and now they are available for selection in national team of Pakistan.

It should be noted that Pakistan will tour Sri Lanka from 27th June and now Yusuf and Razaq will be considered for this tour which will strengthen Pakistan’s middle order.

Yousuf has played 79 Tests and 269 One-Day Internationals and was rated as best batsman in Pakistan Team before he joined ICL.

Razaq has played 46 Tests and 239 ODI and is a brilliant all-rounder who played many match winning innings and also is an economical wicket-taker bowler.  

Nineteen players of Pakistan joined the ICL which was banned by The International Cricket Council (ICC) later.
