Orbitsound launches new version of t12 soundbar Orbitsound has announced the launch of a new version of its t12 soundbar, which will be available in the UK market from early September through John Lewis and Harrods.

The Orbitsound t12 v3 speakers are deigned to fit underneath a flatscreen TV and they also work with a host of other electronic devices. The speakers are not based on the traditional left and right approach and create a “spatial sound” space.

The company says that the new v3 model soundbar has both a lower range and more sensitive speakers. Orbitsound’s Dan Fletcher claims that t12 soundbar creates stereo sound from a single point. He said that these speakers can replace the complex subwoofer plus satellite speakers that come with home theater systems.

The t12 v3 has a single soundbar plus a subwoofer and can eb connected to n HDTV, iPhone or iPad, games console, laptop or PC or as a speaker for a CD or MP3 player. The speakers also come with a 3.5mm headphone jack.

The Orbitsound t12 v3 soundbar will be on sale through Orbitsound. com from 1 September and through John Lewis, Harrods later in the month for around £299 in the UK.
