Nokia Takes A Step Ahead With N79, N85 and N96
Nokia seems to be running high with its business plans as it recently announced the launch of three new models including Nokia N79, Nokia N85 and Nokia N96, which are hoped to be shipped in U.S. in the Q4 of 2008.
While N79 seems to be an updated version of N73 or even N78, N85 on the other hand looks as it has been adopted from N82, and hazes the lines with the very successful N95.
Both of these new Smart phones run S60 Feature Pack 2. All these three new smart phones, which have been added to the family of Nokia have high-end multimedia features, such as a 5-megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics, and work with Nokia's Ovi Internet services, which include the N-Gage gaming platform, photo sharing, and Nokia Maps.
Additionally N79 has a dual LED flash along with Xpress-on-smart covers in five colors that include, Light Sea Blue, Espresso Brown, Olive Green, White and Coral Red. The screen theme is changed to match the back cover. The users will get N79 along with three colors in the box and also a 4GB microSD card. HSDPA, WiFi, Bluetooth, FM transmitter and GPS, are other features of this unique set. It would be released in October 2008 and would carry a price tag of EUR350.
On the other hand N85 has OLED display, which saves the battery and at the same time gives you a bright display. Additionally it has a dual slider for factor just like N95.
The game lovers would love the N85, since the set has loads of exciting games with at least 10 N-Gage title loaded in the set to try out and a voucher for one full game license. The users will also get an 8GB microSD card along the box. It also has and integrated FM transmitter so the users can play music through home or car stereo. It planned to be released in October 2008 and is priced at EUR450.
