Nokia rolls out 2228 CDMA phone
Finnish mobile handset maker Nokia has launched a new CDMA mobile phone, Nokia 2228.
Nokia 2228 features a 1.3 megapixel camera, a speaker dependent voice recognition feature, an integrated handsfree speaker. It also has a media player and support for common digital formats and several modes of messaging. The slim phone has 20-25 MB of usable storage memory. Besides this, the PC connectivity is also available through MicroUSB.
The phone’s LED indicator keeps flashing the light when the phone rings or if there are any incoming messages waiting for the user.
The phone is expected to hit the markets by the end of 2008. The company, however, has not revealed the price of the phone.
