It was revealed last month that Ferguson would go head-to-head with Arsene Wenger for the 20-year-old, and it appears that the Arsenal manager have been scared off by Palace's demands, the Daily Mirror reports.

In December 2011, Liverpool striker Suarez was given an eight-game suspension for racially abusing United defender Evra at Anfield, the Daily Express reports. There was further controversy when Suarez refused to shake Evra's hand before Liverpool's 2-1 defeat at United in February.
