New Delhi, Aug 22 : Finance Minister P. Chidambaram Thursday called for calm in the currency markets, saying stability will soon return, even as the rupee slipped below the psychological level of 65 against the dollar.

"There is no cause of panic... we are confident that the stability will return to the markets,” Chidambaram said at a media conference here.

The finance minister said volatility in the currency market was unacceptable and the government was taking measures to improve the situation.

Patna, Aug 22 : Global beer giant Molson Coors Cobra is set to roll out its King Cobra brand of beer from its brewery in Bihar, a company official said Thursday.

"The brewing capacity has been doubled and the packaging capacity has been tripled after we took over a local brewery at Bihta near Patna in 2011. Macau, Aug 22 : India’s Gaganjeet Bhullar Thursday said he will return here in October to defend his Macau Open title which he won in emphatic style last year.

Leading from start-to-finish, the young star triumphed on 16-under-par 268 total to win by two strokes ahead of American Jonathan Moore and Thai Thitiphun Chuayprakong.

The Macau Golf and Country Club is a hunting ground for Bhullar who also recorded a runners-up finish in 2009 when Thaworn Wiratchant of Thailand was crowned champion.
