Patni Computer Systems, a leading global IT and BPO services provider has announced that it has established a new delivery center in Queretaro.

The company has opened this centre with the aim to increase its worldwide delivery capabilities and serve the North American and Latin American markets.

Through this center, customers will get Patni’s full range of services and solutions covering IT consulting, software development outsourcing, contact center operations and business process outsourcing.

Neyveli Lignite Corporation has announced that its net profit on consolidated basis stood at Rs 821 crore for the year ended 31 March 2009.

The sources close to the company said that the comparable figures for the year-ago period were not available.

In a filing to Bombay Stock Exchange, the company said that it has posted a total income of Rs 4,019 crore in the latest fiscal as compared to Rs 3,638 crore in the previous fiscal.

Current EPS & P/E ratio stood at 27.32 and 14.04 respectively. The share price has seen a 52-week high of Rs 402 and a low of Rs 119.40 on BSE.
