Among the worst affected areas hit by the disease, the crowded locality of Sanjauli is the one with the maximum number of cases. As out of the 53 cases, 37 were registered at Sanjauli dispensary only while the rest seven were at IGMC hospital and nine at Rippon hospital.

Xinhua quoted Abdullah bin Saleh al-Kharboush, spokesman for the Saudi customs department, as telling the official SPA news agency that customs officials have seized 17 million amphetamine pills, 687 kg of hashish, nine kg of heroin and five kg of opium.
