Li Keqiang, the Chinese Vice Premier met Britain's Labor Party leader Ed Miliband. During his speech, Li praised the steps taken by the Labor Party to follow a positive China Policy and assured that this step is going to help in building up of positive relations between UK and China.

He further added that the Labor Party has been making the efforts in this direction for a very long time and during the previous regime of the party the two countries had formed comprehensive strategic relationship between themselves.

Bob Diamond, boss of Barclays bank was forced to take a step where he will have to defend the bank's tax affairs after it was found that more than 300 subsidiaries of the bank are in the tax haven area.
