The detailed theatrical promo of Aditya Chopra's 'Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi' - due for global release in mid-December - was released on November 14. And, it looks as if Yash Raj Fims (YRF) has a winner on hands!

The film, featuring Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma, is a simple love story set up in a small town of Punjab. The various scenes that form a part of the two-minute trailer leave the viewers hungry for more - in fact, the glimpse of the trailer indicates that the film will get a stupendous start at the ticket window!

Leaving no stone unturned so far as YRF's marketing strategy for the film is concerned, a life-sized 6-feet tall lenticular standees have been installed at all theatres which, when viewed from different angles, give the onlookers a exceptional view of the two looks supported by Shah Rukh in the film.

Focusing on the love between a 40-year-old man, played by Shah Rukh Khan, and a 16-year-old girl, played by Anushka Sharma, the film is believed to have an interesting twist in the climax.

In the first half of the film, Shah Rukh plays a Casanova, falling in love with a very simple girl. To woo her, he adapts the character of a simpleton. The girl falls for him, but it becomes difficult for him to reveal his true identity to her.

However, the lines of the promo that catch the attention and leave an everlasting impression are: "This December, You will laugh, You will dance, You will fall in love." Therein is embedded the soul or spirit of the movie!
