German diplomat found dead in Bratislava
Bratislava - A German diplomat was found dead Thursday in a house in the Slovak capital of Bratislava, police said.
The man, 50, headed the military attache's office at German embassy in Bratislava, said police spokeswoman Alena Tosevova.
Police have not released the man's name, but according to the websites of the embassy and Slovak foreign ministry the office was directed by Markus Peters.
The cause of the diplomat's death is under investigation, Tosevova said. (dpa)
