Australia beats West Indies by seven wickets
Opener Shane Watson’s magnificent 126 led Australia to a seven wicket win over the West Indies in the third one-day cricket international on Sunday at the Grenada National Stadium. Shane Watson’s first century recorded 15 fours and two sixes off 122 balls to set up the series-clinching win for Australia. The team leads the series by 3-0 with two matches remaining.
Captain Ricky Ponting supported well with 69 off 83 balls in a partnership of 190 for the second wicket with Watson.
Ponting seeks some changes for the final two one-dayers with Stuart Clark, Cameron White and David Hussey. Both the players may play for the fourth match.
With several senior players likely rest, the Windies too are expected to have a far different side for the final two matches.
