Cinemax India, which operates as a subsidiary of Kanakia group, will launch three screens multiplex at Eternity Mall, in Nagpur.

The multiplex will open with blockbuster movie Sarkar Raj and mega comedy movie Mere Baap Pehle Aap. The multiplex has capacity of 1007 seats including 35 recliner seats.

The multiplex is entitled to entertainment tax exemption, subject to necessary approvals.

Cinemax India Limited, together with its subsidiaries, operates exhibition theatre chains consisting of multiplexes and screens. It operates under the brand name Cinemax.

The company also engages in the development of malls in India, as well as offers games, including LAN-based games under the brand name Giggles-The Gaming Zone in Thane, India.

With the opening of this multiplex, Cinemax will have total 20 theatre properties, 59 screens and 16048 seats.
