Sanaa, Yemen, - Authorities in Yemen arrested 11 suspected members of the al-Qeada terrorist network in the capital Sanaa, security sources said Thursday.

The suspects, detained in the past days, gave information during questioning about acts of terror carried out by the network.

Yemeni Deputy Prime Minister for Defence and Security Affairs Rashad al-Alimi is expected to hold a press conference to give more information about the arrests. (dpa)
