Cuemath initiates women empowerment with work from home feature

New Delhi [India], Oct 26 : In a bid to empower women in today's era, education start-up Cuemath has come up with a one-of-a-kind opportunity for women to work from home and earn.

The start-up enables women to set-up home based math learning centers and use Cuemath's learning system to deliver world-class personalised math learning to the kids.

Cuemath, as the name suggests, is an after-school math-learning programme for kids of grades KG to eighth. The engaging workbooks, gamified tab-based activities, and interesting puzzle cards ensure that the kids not just become great at math but also fall in love with the subject.

Cuemath aims to be a part of an educational revolution that changes the way kids are taught. It provides complete training and support to women who enter into the Cuemath network.

Before certification, each applicant undergoes an intensive training after which they have to appear for an assessment which tests them on the topics covered in their training. Only after clearing it, they are certified to teach from home.

What's more appealing is that its core team is comprised of math, education and technology graduates from IIT, IIM, Stanford, Cambridge and Harvard. Founded in 2013 by Manan Khurma, an IIT-D graduate and an acclaimed Mathematics author with Pearson and McGraw Hill, Cuemath has over 2000 centers across the nation teaching over 8000 kids in 140+cities.

It has ground presence in Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad and Pune and has plans to scale the model quickly and rigorously across India.

"The vision of Cuemath is to empower well-educated women with a world-class delivery system for math learning. We are building an elite nation-wide community of Cuemath Teachers who will impact the future by creating a generation of smart and confident learners," said Founder and CEO Cuemath, Manan Khurma.

Cuemath is effectively dealing with two critical problems simultaneously, helping children become great at Math and empowering homemakers. With this inimitable initiative, Cuemath has opened doors of opportunities for educated women from rural and urban areas from across the country.

It has empowered thousands of women and strives to empower even more by making them part of a skilled workforce while giving them the flexibility of working from home. (ANI)
