London, Feb 12 : Tulisa Contostavlos, who is claiming that she wrote
some of the lyrics of the smash hit by will. i. am and Britney Spears'
`Scream and Shout' is planning to file a lawsuit against the Black Eyed
Peas member over song royalties.

The song, which topped charts in
most of Europe, is now worth a lot in royalties and the 24-year-old
singer wants a share of the profits, the Daily Mail reported.

Tulisa
is now said to be suing the US recording artist even though the track
is credited as being written by Jef Martens, Will, and Jean Baptiste.

According
to The Sun newspaper, the N-Dubz has started legal proceedings and
feels that she is entitled to a slice of the estimated two million
single sales.

One of the lyrics that she allegedly wrote was, "When you hear this in the club, you'd better turn this s**t up."

Will.
i. am already confessed last year when releasing the track in November,
that Tulisa had recorded a version of the song adding that the two
brothers from Belgium called Lazy Jay, who made the track didn't like
her version and so asked Will to record on it instead. (ANI)
