Buy Tata Steel For Short TermTechnical analyst Ashwani Gujral is of the view that investors can buy Tata Steel stock for short term target of Rs 630.

According to Mr. Gujral, the investors can buy the stock with a stop loss of Rs 590.

Today, the shares of the company opened at Rs 605.50 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). The share price has seen a 52-week high of Rs 737 and a low of Rs 258 on BSE.

Current EPS is - 48.57.

Tata Steel Ltd., India's largest producer, has bagged a nine-year, Rs 36.4 billion project finance loan.

State Bank of India Ltd. organized the facility and other participating banking institutions are Axis Bank, BoB, ICICI Bank, IOB and SBM.

The company has decided to lift up Rs 10,000 crore of debt in order to finance its 3 million tonne growth plan in Jamshedpur and to part-pay debt at Corus Plc, its UK business.

The sources aware of the development stated that the company may do so in a period of 1-2 months.

The funds will be lifted in two portions - of Rs 4,000 crore and Rs 6,000 crore.

The first portion of Rs 4,000 crore will be lifted via a 15-year link with an annualized coupon of 10.5%.
