Info Drive Software Ltd has announced that the Company has submitted a bid to acquire 100% interest in an IT Consulting Company having specialization in SAP related services in the US market.

Headquartered in the East Coast, United States, the company has been in operation since 2000 and has been serving a large number of blue chip SAP installations in Corporate America. It offers a wide array of services spanning the entire life cycle of an SAP implementation from project preparation planning, business requirements definition, functional consulting across all modules technical implementation and customization to post-implementation production support, using industry standard templates and methodologies.

The Company has successfully executed global roll-outs in a wide variety of industry sectors like Consumer Products, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Chemical, Hi-Tech, Public Sector, Utilities, Media, Engineering and Construction.

The deal is expected to be completed by Feb. 2008, Info Drive said in a statement.

The stock closed today at Rs. 107 on BSE, down 5% compared with previous close of Rs. 113. It touched an intraday high of Rs. 111 and low of Rs. 107.
