Whopping $250 mn Kuwait project won by Kalpataru
It was confirmed by Kalpataru Power Transmission on Thursday that it has acquired an order worth $250 million for commissioning of transmission lines in Kuwait.
The company would also manufacture towers for transmission lines, other than laying 172 km, 400 KV double circuit transmission line.
KPTL said in a statement, "The order is scheduled to be completed in 24 months and involves procurement of materials such as conductors, insulators which are required for completing the turnkey project, besides 25,000 tonnes of galvanized steel towers from the company's facility in Gandhinagar, Gujarat."
