It seems that Perfectionist Khan aka Bollywood legend Aamir Khan’s Ghajini is breaking box-office records in almost all possible means. The film had received one of the best box-office openings in the country. On its opening at the box-office, the film gathered nearly Rs 7 crores, almost four times the biggest opening for any Bollywood film.

Moreover, within 2 weeks after its release the film piled Rs 200 crores globally, another triumph for the film. The film, thus, rightly deserved to rejoice its second success party. In an era of global recession, when films are not even in a position to rejoice a solo success party, Aamir Khan film just goes one step ahead.   

However, there are many who believe that Ghajini has not collected Rs 200 cr as is being shown.

As per the latest buzz in the B-Town, the film has just collected over Rs 160 crore at the box-office. Some industry insiders maintain that Aamir has been making the most of the film's dream run. According to them, a good collection at the BO generally guarantees an increase in the star's market rate.

Currently, Aamir Khan is shooting for Vidhu Vinod Chopra's 3 Idiots is supposedly keen on renegotiating his deal with the producer.

On the other hand, Aman Gill (Director-Domestic Distribution Studio 18) refused these gossips. Gill says, “Ghajini is the highest grossing Hindi film ever. It has made more than Rs 200 cr gross across the world, all this in a matter of two weeks."
