As a latest step towards technological innovation, Lenovo Group wants to make an individual stand for itself. The company has released what according to it is the first dual-screen notebook computer.

Lenovo, the world’s No. 4 personal computer maker is launching this new laptop this week at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas.

It should be noted here that the demands for the notebooks have continued to show strength even when the overall PC demand has been hurt by the global economic slowdown.

The notebook to be launched by Lenovo is dubbed as W700ds and has a main 17-inch LCD screen, along with a 10.6-inch screen that slides out to the right from behind. It is also good to know that the second screen can be angled in by about 30 degrees.
