Islamabad, May 29 : Pakistan’s Information and Broadcasting Minister Sherry Rehman has said that no individual had the authority to impeach the President.

Talking to media here, she said the supremacy of Parliament would be strengthened and PML-N, JUI-F and ANP were government allies. She said consultation process with allies would continue.

Sherry said PPP believes in the restoration of democracy and the democratic culture is strengthening in the country. She said the authority to impeach the President does not lie with any single individual. Responding to a question she said anti-democratic forces had always been active. (ANI)
