Nintendo agrees for Edinburgh festival
Nintendo will have a major hand at the Edinburgh Festival, with its games and entertainment section.
The Edinburgh Interactive festival which will be signing off from The Filmhouse, on August 25th and 26th will invite a wide array of consumer and trade events, which will see conferences, screenings and event similar to them.
The seminars will hover around topics such as social networking, mobile entertainment, music and films.
With Nintendo around the corner the games can't be a miss, Nintendo will showcase Super Mario Galaxy 2 and Metroid: Other M on the Wii, and Dragon Quest IX on the DS.
The buzz is that of the affiliation between Edinburgh Interactive and Media Guardian Edinburgh International Television Festival that will conduct the "first ever creative industries event for television and games".
David Yarnton, Managing Director of Nintendo UK, stated: "Edinburgh Interactive is a unique and a key event in the games industry calendar, which continually raises our profile within the wider cultural arena."
