NIIT and Tally Solutions (P) Ltd., a management software product company, together joined a global alliance to create comprehensive business software professionals with special skill and expertise in the Tally ERP 9 product.

This global Alliance slated to cover international borders like the Middle East, Africa, China and Asia-Pacific, apart from India, in a developing manner, thereby ensuring availability of talent to enforce the development of small and medium business (SMB) enterprises in these countries, as mentioned in a company release.

Reportedly, India requires about 1.3 million business software trained manpower per year in order to fulfill the talent demands of 8 million (IT ready) SMB blocks.

The programs that NIIT and Tally offer will serve the needs and requirements of trained business software professionals under the SMB sector.

The alliance between NIIT and Tally Solutions is expected to help in creating highly-skilled and expertised, comprehensive business software professionals for the SMB sectors in India and other foreign nations, as stated by Mr. Vijay Thadani, CEO of NIIT Limited.

In the very initial phase, NIIT and Tally is slated to launch the programme in Nigeria, Ghana, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, apart from India.
