A new Facebook plug-in called Unbaby. me will now allow users of the social networking site, who are tired of seeing baby pictures on their newsfeed, to replace the picture with images of puppies, manatees or even Justin Bieber.

The plug-in will scan Newsfeed for keywords that are usually found on the pictures of babies such as "cutest baby ever" or "newborn". Unbaby. me is designed to automatically replace the pictures with cats but the users can customize them to replace the baby pictures with other images.

A status of `Baby Removed' appears after a picture has been replaced. Yvonne Cheng, Chris Baker and Pete Marquis, a group of three friends are behind the new plug-in that is now available on the world's largest social networking site.

"We were having drinks one night after work and were joking around about how Facebook is just lousy with babies, and wouldn't it be funny if you could replace all those photos with cats," Cheng said.
