Musharraf’s Book Banned In Chandigarh For ‘Distorted’ Facts
Chandigarh: The Chandigarh government cast out the Hindi edition of Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf’s book “In the Line of Fire” as it had distorted the Indian map.
In an announcement, it said the map of India printed in the book didn't match to the country’s map as released by the Survey of India.
It has also come to notice that the Indian Survey stated that the book showed the Line of Control "incorrectly", Indian territory was exposed as a part Pakistan and China and as borderline that are not in compliance with subsisting edges of the country.
