Musharraf regime may jail me on return to Pakistan, says Benazir
Lahore, Sep 18: Former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto has said that the Musharraf regime would not deport her on her return to Pakistan, and added that it might put her in jail or let her go free.

"It seems as the EC is paving the way for President Pervez Musharraf’s re-election," the Daily Times quoted her, as saying.
Bhutto urged opposition parties to refrain from accusing each other, and said, "It could have been better had I and Nawaz Sharif landed in the country together."
Bhutto claimed that Sharif was trapped in order to separate him from the All Parties Democratic Movement (APDM), and added that Sharif’s move has weakened the opposition.
"I avoided an alliance with the (APDM) because I don’t want to sit with the Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal (MMA)," she added.
