Murder case against MNS chief in Dhanbad court
The Bihari-Maratha controversy has taken a new turn. A murder case was lodged against Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray in the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court (CJM) of Dhanbad.
The case includes 15 others of MNS in the list.
Raju Mallik, a resident of Chaktita village, about 200 Km from Ranchi has filed the case on Saturday following the death of a train passenger last month.
Malik said that the incident happened while he was traveling with his two friends Sakaldeo and Vijay Singh from Dhanbad to Mumbai on 19th of October.
Suddenly supporters of MNS entered into the compartment and started beating up passengers from North-India.
Sakaldeo was killed in the incident and Singh is still untraceable.
MNS Chief Raj Thackrey has already two arrest warrants pending against him in Jharkhand.
