More Srebrenica victims exhumed in Bosnia
Sarajevo - Forensic experts completed excavation of a mass grave near the eastern Bosnian town of Srebrenica on Friday.
Officials of the State Institute for Missing People confirmed 66 bodies were found in the grave called Pusumlici 2, along with three bags of bones and personal belongings.
The victims were among 8,000 Bosnian Muslim men massacred by Bosnian Serb troops in the enclave of Srebrenica on July 11, 1995, during the war in Bosnia-Herzegovina.
More than 3,200 victims of the massacre have been identified and buried.
The remains of an unknown number exhumed from more than 60 mass graves and currently packed in more than 5,000 bags are still awaiting identification and proper burial. (dpa)
