Media pushing organic food

An associate professor of food safety, also the co-author of "Coverage of organic agriculture in North American newspapers says that Media is responsible for the hype behind food safety measures, the environment, human health and organic agriculture.

The usage of content analysis methodology, as per the 618 articles analyzed for the topic, tone and theme relating to the food safety, environmental concerns and human health stated: "Organic agriculture was often portrayed in the media as an alternative to allegedly unsafe and environmentally damaging modern agriculture practices."

This step means that organic food is now termed in a hypothetical manner which in actuality is not the case.
