MARG Ltd, an integrated infrastructure company, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with BSNL, to provide telecommunication facilities in the mega infrastructure project 'MARG Swarnabhoomi'.

Under the arrangement, BSNL will provide complete telecom solutions including voice, data, WiFi hotspots, video and audio conferencing facility, broadband, leased lines and wireless services.

Reports suggest that, Marg Swarnabhoomi, promoted by Marg subsidiary company New Chennai Township, will have two special economic zones (SEZs), 15,000 apartments, shopping areas, theme park and hotels.

Ahead of positive announcement, the scrip of the company settled the day at Rs 126, up 5% against its previous close.
