Kavveri Telecom Products Ltd. has informed that its Board of directors has decided to incorporate a company with the name Kavveri Telecom Infrastructure Ltd. The new company will be a subsidiary of Kavveri Telecom, and involved in the creation of telecom infrastructure. Apart from this, Kavveri Telecom plans to raise $10 million to fund mergers and acquisitions for the next fiscal as well as meet the current year capex needs of Rs 8 crore. Bangalore-based Kavveri specializes in supplying antennas and RF (radio frequency) line products for telecom OEMs. The company's global customer list includes OEMs and GSM/CDMA operators like Ericsson, Nokia-Siemens and Alcatel-Lucent, among others.
