John McCain’s former Phoenix estate up for auction
New York, Oct 14 : Republican presidential candidate John McCain and his wife Cindy’s former Phoenix estate is up for auction.
The mansion, where Cindy grew up, is being auctioned off on Oct. 25 after failing to sell for 12 million dollars.
The McCains sold the property, which boasts 13- bedroom, 141/2-bath, 3-acre estate, in 2006 for 3.5 million dollars.
The current owner, Jane Popple, who''s a real estate investor, spent 3 million dollars renovating it, adding a screening room and gym.
"The election is giving us more mileage than we''d usually have," the New York Post quoted auctioneer Stewart Larsen, as saying. (ANI)
