Tokyo - Nomura Holdings Inc has reached an agreement to invest 16 million dollars in India's leading digital media provider, the Japanese company said Friday.

The leading Japanese banking institution agreed to the deal with Real Image Media Technologies Pvt Ltd to support the booming consumer services and media entertainment industry in India, Nomura said in a statement.

Established in 1986, Real Image provides digital technology solutions for the film, audio and video industries. (dpa)
